Who is this batch converter for?

Accountants & Bookkeepers

Reconcile multiple clients' vendor invoices in one pass instead of uploading and waiting on each PDF individually. Extract line items, quantities, and net/gross values from an entire folder of invoices into structured Excel tables in minutes.

Freelancers & Small Business Owners

Convert a whole batch of incoming vendor invoices — or outgoing client invoices — in one go for tax preparation and bookkeeping, without repeating the same steps for every file.

Procurement & Privacy-Conscious Teams

Process bulk supplier invoices without uploading your entire archive to a third-party cloud batch-processing service. Every file is rendered locally before anything is sent for extraction.

Privacy in practice: Watch the workflow

Watch this short demonstration to see exactly how a batch of PDF invoices moves from upload to a consolidated, exportable Excel workbook — while every file is rendered locally and only ever leaves your browser as flattened page images, through independent stateless connections to our EU-only AI infrastructure.

Secure Batch PDF to Excel Conversion Workflow

1

Upload Multiple Invoices

Drag and drop as many PDF invoices as you need — from one vendor or several — directly into the browser. Each file is checked locally before anything is processed (up to 50 pages / 30 MB per file).

2

Local Rasterization

Every PDF in your batch is individually rendered into flattened page images inside your own browser. The original files, their text layers, and their metadata are never uploaded to any server.

3

Stateless AI Data Extraction

Each document is sent through its own independent, stateless connection to our EU-based API. We use a stateless architecture with zero databases and strict zero-model-training guarantees from our enterprise AI provider — regardless of how many files are in your batch.

4

Choose Your Export

Download your results as one consolidated Excel workbook with a sheet per invoice, or as separate .xlsx files bundled into a ZIP — generated directly inside your browser, with nothing left behind on our servers.

How we compare to standard bulk PDF converters

The Standard Bulk-Processing Approach

  • Typically, you are forced to upload your entire folder of invoices to the provider's servers in one go.
  • Servers save every file, including hidden vendor metadata and timestamps, for as long as it takes to work through the queue.
  • They run OCR and AI analysis on all your business and financial data, across every invoice at once.
  • Results are stored in a database to generate downloadable links, often for every single file in the batch.
Risk: High risk of data leaks at scale, usage of financial data for AI model training, and persistent files left on third-party servers — multiplied across your entire batch.

Our Privacy by Design Approach

  • Your original PDF files never leave your machine — not one of them, even across a large batch. They are never uploaded.
  • Not a single detail of your files' metadata is transferred — only the flattened page images generated by your own browser are ever sent onward.
  • Each invoice is processed through its own independent, stateless connection — never bundled, stored, or logged on our servers.
  • Contractual guarantees ensure there is no AI model training, and every result — from one file to a full batch — is saved exclusively on your device.
Result: Only the Excel output you requested is the final result, across your whole batch — without you or your original documents becoming the product.

A Personal Story

After building a tool to convert a single invoice, I quickly ran into the next, more mundane problem myself: I didn't have one PDF to deal with, I had a whole folder of them — a month's worth of vendor invoices, sometimes from a dozen different suppliers. Uploading them one at a time, one browser tab at a time, was tedious. But pointing a typical bulk "batch processing" service at that entire folder felt like an even bigger privacy compromise than before.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to convert a batch of PDF invoices, and do you upload the original files?

Our batch converter is designed to minimize privacy risk through local rasterization and EU-only processing — a strict 'Privacy by Design' architecture. Every PDF in your batch is rendered locally in your browser — your original files and their hidden metadata never leave your device, no matter how many invoices you upload at once. You can also read our detailed Privacy and Security Architecture document for a code-level deep dive.

Will my business data be used to train AI models?

Absolutely not. We process the rendered page images using AI API calls, restricted strictly to EU-only infrastructure. We have contractual guarantees that submitted data is never stored, logged, or used to train any artificial intelligence models — for every invoice in your batch.

What happens to my files during automatic batch processing?

Each invoice in your batch is first rendered into a flattened page image locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded before that point. From there, every document is sent through its own independent, stateless connection to our EU-only AI infrastructure: there are no databases, no logs of file content, and contractual guarantees that nothing is ever used to train AI models. There is no temporary file for us to clean up afterward: the rendered image exists only in server memory for the duration of that single request, and is gone the moment your Excel results are returned — it is never written to disk or database in the first place.

What output format will I receive, and can I process invoices from different vendors together?

Each invoice is processed independently, regardless of which vendor it came from. You can then export the results as one consolidated Excel (.xlsx) workbook — with a separate sheet per invoice — or as individual .xlsx files, each with its own Invoice Items sheet listing every line item and a grand total row, bundled into a single ZIP. Multi-page invoices are handled automatically within each file.

Do I need to create an account, and is this converter free to use?

No registration, email, or password is required. We provide free Universal Credits every day so you can test the extraction on a small batch. For larger volumes, you can purchase anonymous, pay-as-you-go Credit Packs that never expire — the same credits work across all our tools.
