Browser-based batch PDF to Excel converter — process dozens of bank statements at once with local rasterization.
Stateless, EU-Only AI Processing.
Reconcile multiple clients' bank statements in one pass instead of uploading and waiting on each PDF individually. Extract transactional data from an entire folder of statements into structured Excel tables in minutes.
Convert a whole year — or several accounts — of monthly statements in a single batch for tax preparation and bookkeeping, without repeating the same steps for every file.
Process bulk financial documents without uploading your entire archive to a third-party cloud batch-processing service. Every file is rendered locally before anything is sent for extraction.
Watch this short demonstration to see exactly how a batch of PDF bank statements moves from upload to a consolidated, exportable Excel workbook — while every file is rendered locally and only ever leaves your browser as flattened page images, through independent stateless connections to our EU-only AI infrastructure.
All our tools can be tried for free. For premium tools, flexible credit packages are available.

Drag and drop as many PDF bank statements as you need — from one account or several — directly into the browser. Each file is checked locally before anything is processed (up to 50 pages / 30 MB per file).
Every PDF in your batch is individually rendered into flattened page images inside your own browser. The original files, their text layers, and their metadata are never uploaded to any server.
Each document is sent through its own independent, stateless connection to our EU-based API. We use a stateless architecture with zero databases and strict zero-model-training guarantees from our enterprise AI provider — regardless of how many files are in your batch.
Download your results as one consolidated Excel workbook with a sheet per statement, or as separate .xlsx files bundled into a ZIP — generated directly inside your browser, with nothing left behind on our servers.
After building a tool to convert a single bank statement, I quickly ran into the next, more mundane problem myself: I didn't have one PDF to deal with, I had a whole folder of them — months of statements, sometimes across several accounts. Uploading them one at a time, one browser tab at a time, was tedious. But pointing a typical bulk "batch processing" service at that entire folder felt like an even bigger privacy compromise than before.
Our batch converter is designed to minimize privacy risk through local rasterization and EU-only processing — a strict 'Privacy by Design' architecture. Every PDF in your batch is rendered locally in your browser — your original files and their hidden metadata never leave your device, no matter how many statements you upload at once. You can also read our detailed Privacy and Security Architecture document for a code-level deep dive.
Absolutely not. We process the rendered page images using AI API calls, restricted strictly to EU-only infrastructure. We have contractual guarantees that submitted data is never stored, logged, or used to train any artificial intelligence models — for every statement in your batch.
Each statement in your batch is first rendered into a flattened page image locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded before that point. From there, every document is sent through its own independent, stateless connection to our EU-only AI infrastructure: there are no databases, no logs of file content, and contractual guarantees that nothing is ever used to train AI models. There is no temporary file for us to clean up afterward: the rendered image exists only in server memory for the duration of that single request, and is gone the moment your Excel results are returned — it is never written to disk or database in the first place.
Each statement is processed independently, regardless of which account or bank it came from. You can then export the results as one consolidated Excel (.xlsx) workbook — with a separate sheet per statement — or as individual .xlsx files, each with its own Transactions and Summary sheet, bundled into a single ZIP. Multi-page statements are handled automatically within each file.
No registration, email, or password is required. We provide free Universal Credits every day so you can test the extraction on a small batch. For larger volumes, you can purchase anonymous, pay-as-you-go Credit Packs that never expire — the same credits work across all our tools.
