At Secure Academic Studio, we prioritize your privacy and aim to provide a transparent, fair, and reliable service. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handles all customer service inquiries related to payments, and processes returns.

Due to the unique nature of our fully anonymous, Zero-Knowledge architecture and the delivery of digital pay-as-you-go credits, our refund policy operates under specific guidelines. Please read these carefully before making a purchase.

1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Strictly for Unused Credits)

Under European Union consumer protection laws regarding digital goods, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal.

We honor this policy fully: If you have purchased a Credit Pack and have not used a single credit from it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To process this refund, you must provide us with:

  1. Your Creem Transaction/Order ID (found in your email receipt from Creem).
  2. The exact 16-character Credit Pack Code (e.g., SAS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

Note: Upon processing a full refund, the provided Credit Pack Code will be permanently destroyed and invalidated in our database.

2. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (Used or Partially Used Credits)

By entering your Credit Pack Code into our system and executing any premium tool (such as the Academic Proofreader or Bank Statement Converter), you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service.

Once a Credit Pack has been partially or fully consumed, your 14-day right of withdrawal is voided. We do not offer partial, pro-rata, or unused-balance refunds for Credit Packs that have been initiated. The credits you purchased never expire, and you are free to use your remaining balance at any time in the future.

3. Automated System Refunds (The "Fail-Safe" Mechanism)

We understand that processing heavy documents with Advanced AI models can occasionally result in network timeouts, parsing errors, or safety blocks.

You do not need to contact support for refunds related to technical failures. Our backend infrastructure features an atomic "Fail-Safe Rollback" mechanism. If a premium tool fails to successfully return a processed result for any technical reason, the exact amount of credits deducted for that specific operation is instantly and automatically refunded to your Credit Pack Code.

You only pay for successful operations.

4. Lost Codes and The Zero-Knowledge Policy

Secure Academic Studio operates on a strict "Zero-Knowledge" and accountless architecture. To guarantee your absolute privacy, we do not require registration, we do not store your email address, and we intentionally destroy the cryptographic link between your payment identity (Creem Transaction ID) and your generated Credit Pack Code immediately after delivery.

Because of this absolute privacy design, it is technologically impossible for us to recover lost codes or verify the balance of a lost code.

Therefore, we cannot issue refunds, replacements, or transfers for Credit Pack Codes that you have misplaced, deleted, or lost. Treating your Code like cash is your sole responsibility.
